But the real added value is the owner. She welcomed us with a kindness, warmth, and passion for her work that are rare these days. Having worked for years in Trentino-Alto Adige, she brings with her an excellent level of preparation, professionalism, and customer service—and the difference is truly evident!
As a true Neapolitan, I admit I'm always very picky and critical about coffee, but here I had to change my mind: I truly enjoyed it, adhering to the classic “3 Cs” rule (Hot, Comfortable, and Loaded!).
